To Help You Overcome A Wide Range of Mental Health Challenges, Including Mood, Anxiety, and Eating Disorders and Flourish as Your Authentic Self
Maybe it feels that your struggles and emotions are too complicated to be understood and resolved. Or maybe you’re afraid of getting better because it feels like you’re going to have to build a new identity from scratch (and remaining stuck in familiar cycles can feel oddly comforting).
Full recovery is possible. You can find relief, become passionate about life again, and feel confident that you can manage challenges if they resurface. It starts with getting professional support, and I’m here to help you make long-lasting & meaningful changes.
Online Therapist for Teens & Adults
In-Person Therapy in Boca Raton, FL
Instead of pushing you to become a different person, I guide you toward recognizing your strengths & weaknesses and learning how to work with them.
When working with teens & adolescents, I may encourage the parents to join us in family therapy so they can create a deeper relationship with their child and understand their family dynamics better.
I help adults with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and other mental health challenges understand their emotions better, get out of damaging cycles, and create lasting & meaningful change.
I work with teenagers and adolescents who struggle with a wide range of mental health challenges, including mood, anxiety, and eating disorders and help them navigate their natural desire to be adults while holding them in a safe space as they mature.

We’ll start seeing each other for regular 45-minute therapy sessions, helping you uncover and fully understand different sides of yourself and process your emotions in a healthy way. We’ll also be diving into topics like self-identity & your values as well as equipping you with practical tools to use when challenges resurface.
If we agree that we’re a good fit, we’ll get started with a 60-minute session where I’ll ask questions to get to know you & your detailed history. I’ll use this information to make recommendations about your personalized treatment and its estimated length. Every person is unique, so no two treatment plans are ever the same.
We’ll start with a free 15-minute consultation to get to know each other and see if we’re a good match. During this informal chat, we’ll talk about your story, set expectations, and clarify any questions you may have for me.
