Recovery is possible, and landing on this page means that you’ve already taken the most important step - acknowledging that you need support to do it.
Emotions act like waves: they come in all shapes and sizes, they ebb & flow, and, most importantly, you can’t control them. What you can do is accept them and learn how to roll with them.
This is exactly what I help you do in therapy sessions. Instead of suppressing or changing how you feel, I hold space for you to fully understand and accept your emotions without fear of judgment or backlash. Then, I guide you through the process of learning how to respond to your emotions to create a fulfilling & meaningful life that you feel happy to wake up to in the morning.
