Thank you so much for getting in touch! You can expect to hear from me by the next business day.

I’m a Licensed Psychologist specializing in mood, anxiety, and eating disorders in teens and adults. I have a PhD in clinical psychology from the University of Miami and extensive experience treating clients who struggle with anorexia, bulimia, disordered eating, depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, trauma, and other mental health issues. Before starting my private practice, I oversaw a residential facility for eating disorders as clinical director.

What credentials do you have?

Both! We can see each other in my office in Boca Raton, FL, or online using secure HIPAA-compliant software.

Do you offer therapy sessions online or in person?

If we decide that we’re a good fit, we’ll start with an initial 60-minute assessment to create your personalized treatment plan. Then we’ll start meeting for regular 45-minute therapy sessions. We can meet in my office in Boca Raton, FL, or hold our sessions online via a secure platform.

What happens after the free consultation call?
